Cowardly Thief & a non refunding refundable deposit practice

<p>Am still owed R 2 000 from Dec 2016 for a bladder rental deposit - emails and phone calls no longer replied to - dodging other customers like me too it seems - a dishonest person and to be avoided!</p>
