We rented a bladder from them while our pool was renovated. Their employee did not ***** the valve on properly and all our pool water leaked out. After numerous messages and promises they still refuse to refund us. We had to refill our pool with municipal water at an enormous cost. They are not a trust worthy company and I would not refer them to anyone.

Be very careful with company like this. Really not impressed as they lost me more than a third of the water. Then tried to blame me for the second bladder being damaged. No refund, and owner nit answering his phone Jesse Rowe

Aquastor was recommended by another company (Pool services) to me. I own a Real Estate firm and has a rental management side managing properties in the higher price bracket in one of Pretoria's (Centurion) well known estates. Aquastor is a company who's business it is, renting bladders/water tanks to the consumer when you need to empty your pool for a period of time while fixing pool problems. My client/Landlord of this property had to pay a R 3 000.00 deposit before work could commence. After the work was done the Landlord paid the account. When the deposit needed to be paid back from Aquastor to the client - many excuses came over e-mail and text messages. Aqustor's owner - Jesse - then let us know that the company went bankrupt only to see him advertising a short while after. Please do not make use of his service!!!

Am still owed R 2 000 from Dec 2016 for a bladder rental deposit - emails and phone calls no longer replied to - dodging other customers like me too it seems - a dishonest person and to be avoided!
