Aramex = 'out of service'

Order item, same address as previous; Amazone did contact me & confirm my details - address, phone number as correct. Amazone customer service did contact Aramex. Still Aramex state they cannot get hold of me!!!!!! I NEVER received any phone call from Aramex. Send many emails to Aramex - NO respond. Supply screenshot of my phone calls received.
