This agent apologize & state that all info will be forward to Aidan. As of today, 13/12/25 NOBODY/AGENT has contact me. Email: uresh@boschprop.co.za

Follow this up on 5/12/25 & agent, kureshini, respond that action will be taken. 9/12/25 followed up as NO response has been received. 10/12/25 same agent cc me with '@ Dane, why has the quote not been done?'. As of today 13/12/25 still NO quotation received.
Refund ; Etihad Airways & Booking.com keep blaming each other AND refer me to each other. Both of you keep blaming the other one - thus I WILL continuous mentioned BOTH on social medias. . Booking.com kept sending 'system generated' responses, their phone contact malfunctioned and THEY DON'T READ MY EMAILS!!! After nearly 400 emails, Mr Vishal C did phone me and resolve the matter!!!
Made a booking through Booking.com / gotogate.com & received confirmation on 02.02.2024. It's now 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that I'm trying just to have my return flight extent with 1(one) day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
