You guys are not aligned with your stores. My baby does not have formular because of this incorrect infor from you and ToysRUS. The incompetence that is happening there by your offices must come to an end, you canmot be inconveniencing me like this. Wade and Tamara from customer care promised to call back mregarding feedback and I have never received their calls. My issue is hanging and no one is doing anything about it.
