Mind you this is not the first time this happens. There is always a delay when the have to deliver stuff. I am not happy at all. My baby only drinks soy so his formular that was recommended by his doctor is hard to find. So this time like the last time I ordered from Babierus, biggest mistake. I ordered last week friday and I am being told that they have been trying to reach me to confirm my address, how *********** is that, that process delays orders and they do not even realise it. I specifically wrote please call for directions on the delivery notes because I know delivering at a village can be frustrating at times as there are no street names or numbers. Can Babies R Us actually prioritize things like diapers and baby food, now my baby does not have formular and you guys are telling me about next week, la nkhafela shem, I have a reason why I order online as I have mentioned my child stay at the village with my mom and I am far from them, sometimes the formular is only available online now I have to be frustrated by you guys. I NEED THAT ORDER TO BE DELIVERED LATEST TOMORROW, SO MY CHILD MUST SUFFER BECAUSE IF YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND A STUPID PROCESS OF CONFIRMING ADDRESS IS IRRITATING.
You guys are not aligned with your stores. My baby does not have formular because of this incorrect infor from you and ToysRUS. The incompetence that is happening there by your offices must come to an end, you canmot be inconveniencing me like this. Wade and Tamara from customer care promised to call back mregarding feedback and I have never received their calls. My issue is hanging and no one is doing anything about it. Yesterday I placed an order online for it to be delivered but to my suprise I have received an email saying my order is ready for collection, I don't even know which store and I do not understand how I must collect if I have chosen the option for delivery. I called your number, I was directed to customer care, but the operator said something then muted my call, when I tried calling back the landline I was using is now blocked. I need feedback and clarity on this today because the sad part is my baby does not have a formular, they are at a rural area, and I do not have any other plan. I have an issue that is not Avon Justine' s faultbut I was unable to receive my orders because of the below reason. Kindly please see below and advise/assist. This was sent to support@paxi.co.za for them to assist with the issue because this is bot the first time this happens, I always have to fight with PEP for them to share a pin for collection Good day When it comes to assisting us with account/ orders issues you realky show up for me and I thank you for that, please see below issue (which is not Avon's fault) but maybe you might be able to assist. have an issue with PEP at Mhluzi Mall Middelbutg, so last month I had to call Avon and Justine to find out the whereabours of my courier,I had go to the store to ask and there was my unscanned parcel sitting on the counter, I had to ask them to scan my parcel so I can receive the collection Pin. Now this month the same thing happened where my order had to return back to Avon Justine's whetehouse, I was advised by the lady from PAXI customer care I called on Saturday while I was enquiring about my parcel that it has been sitting on the counter for more than 2 weeks hence it had to go back to the wherehouse. This issue was reported to PAXi amd PEP store was called for then to release my parcel in Aprik, this month is the repeat of the same issue, so basically soneone needs to be reminded to do their job, why are they still there if they need to be constantly reminded why they are getting paid, no this is unacceptable. My customers are raging thibking I took their monies and not delivering their products. May orders CRM_866489 and 8228675 Above are the orders that went back to Avon Justine' warehouse

Tney dis me dirty. Deducted money from my account when I purchased some items from Edgars middelburg but they transaction did not go through on Edgars's account so obviously Edgars did not give me the items. So I had to wait for 7 working days for my issue to be resolved after sending emails to them and trying to call for asssitance without winning. Instead of them resolving the issue they removed the "balance on the app that was remaining after deducting money from my acc meaning I did not qualify for their services, even now I cannot access the account for me to see how much I am owing but I am receing emails that they could not deduct money for the previous order and they have added charges for that( why the hell becaise I myself does not even have an option to see how much is owing and to pay for the account) hoe do you add charges if I do not have an option to pay for the account... They have not refunded the money they took for the order I did not receive and apparently that week (24 April 2025) only at Edgars I was Customer number 3 who had the similar issue, so meaning all the other stores that PAYFLEX is working with also had the similar issue meaning thy themselve are using a system they cannot control or a system that manages ****s so they can make more money to build their brand. Now I am owing money I do not not know where the hell comes from. Guys I will be creating a petition for payflex to shutdowm please do sign because what the hell... Payjustnow is the best thank you they must just have more stores and we will be happy to spebd our moey there Payjistnow please recruit Takealot❤ and you will forever have valuable customers
PEP Mhluzi mall does not share Paxi SMS's. You have to go to the store to ask thats when they scan your parcel, parcels even go back to because they are not being collected. I always have to fight for all my Avon parcels this is pure nonsense

I demand my orders please for both my accounts Avon and Justine. That time rele tlisetsa di customer people are loving your products but if only they knew what a hustle it is for us to receive them. The ordering/ receiving process its not easy and smooth can you guys make that experience less stressfull for us, hire competent people who want to actually work. You keep apologising for poor service but always deliver worse service. Ever since I started selling avon there is always problems.
So firstly my order took 2 hours to arrive, I do not know if they were giving priority to physical orders or what was happening, secondly Steers now chooses what we must eat because why the hell would I order 2 thigh quater legs but receive only 1 and a breast? I DO NOT EAT WHITE MEAT so why the hell is there white meat on my order? Steers Mhluzi Mall Middelburg did me wrong, so I had to give my neighbour a free meal unwillingly because because what the hell must I di with whire meat. So basically the APP IS USELESS because the option of THIGH does not work, or did the Cashier did this on purpose? So which is which, is it the employee or the APP that us absolutely USELESS? I have proof of all this the online order, the slip and a pic of the meal. Advise Do not use an option to pay online so that when the order arrives you check it first and pay only if you are setisfied and if they are taking long you can always cancel the order or dont even go out when the schooter arrives because if the order takes 2 hours to arrive you might be asleep by then so why bother... Make a peanut butter sandwich and sleep they will decide what to do with the order nje
You guys only issued 1 paid up letter for Avon. I am receiving an email to share oroof of payment for Justine but the proof of payment were on 1 email, how is it that you only found 1 paid up letter? Please share a paid up letter for my Justine account as well, now I must do back and forth because someobe did not do their job.
