Furious with Aranda

If it was possible I was going to give Aranda 0 star the way I am so furious about the company. I bought blankets on the 14th of June 2024 till today I’ve not had anything from them, I’ve sent them email and they only to me my parcel has been shipped but I’ve not received anything and they don’t bother communicating with me. Yesterday I’ve sent another email with no response. I want my money back I am no longer interested on their blankets. How irritating it is to have to wait for your order for a long time.
