I placed an order with ARC on 27 November 2025, which was intended as a birthday gift. I was assured that delivery would take place within 4–6 working days. Instead, I only received my package almost three weeks late, after repeated follow-ups, emails, phone calls, and escalation to management.
Communication throughout this process was extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and at one point I was even told that the courier “could not track” my parcel, which was very concerning.
To make matters worse, I was promised a complimentary gift as compensation for the delay. When the package finally arrived, the “gift” consisted of a used product and a discontinued item, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This was my first time purchasing from ARC after hearing many positive reviews, but unfortunately this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and the poor handling of compensation is what truly disappointed me.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering online from ARC.
