Don't waste your money on this ****. So disappointed and I trusted them due to their partnership with FNB. I bought perfumes as Christmas gifts, chose the collection from pargo point delivery option, days later I received a call asking me for my address because they couldn't view on the system which pargo point I had selected I told them the pargo location and I was told they can no longer do a pargo collection then though inconvenient, I gave my work address and emphasized that that was my last week at work and even in the area as I had to travel home for Christmas so my parcel needs to arrive by Friday the 19th of December 2025. I was assured that it would. Then a day or two later (Thursday 18 December) I get a call from ARC asking me if I was contacted regarding my address and I was confused as I believed that my parcel was already dispatched. I again emphasized that this parcel needs to get to me by Friday 19 December. The guy on the line assured me that it will and that it was being dispatched as we spoke. I waited the whole day at work the next day and the parcel did not arrive, I called ARC to ask about this and was told that the status on their system still said "processing" and this annoyed me because it meant I was **** to in the previous conversations. I then explained to the new agent that I can't receive this parcel because that Friday was my last day in the area and we don't have addresses where I am going. I was told that they were going to refund me. Then the following week I received a message saying that the parcel is out for delivery when I had already left the area as I had told the agents. I was so confused by this incompetence but decided to change the delivery date to 5 Jan 2026 when I am back, and this was because I had now read the appalling reviews about ARC Store and how they don't process refunds. So now it's the 5th of Jan and I still don't have my parcel because they have hired a ******* courier company (Dawn Wing/ DPD Laser) which makes you wait on the line then drops your call when you are first in the queue! Save yourself a headache and avoid ARC Store online! And the perfumes were pricey!

Purchased a YSL fragrance from ARC, Same batch number as the previous bottled I purchased from woolworths however the smell is so different it's actually quiet disappointing, the fragrance lasts max 30min and dissappear this coming from someone who has bought 2 previous bottles of the very same scent. No words 💔

I placed an order with ARC on 27 November 2025, which was intended as a birthday gift. I was assured that delivery would take place within 4–6 working days. Instead, I only received my package almost three weeks late, after repeated follow-ups, emails, phone calls, and escalation to management. Communication throughout this process was extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and at one point I was even told that the courier “could not track” my parcel, which was very concerning. To make matters worse, I was promised a complimentary gift as compensation for the delay. When the package finally arrived, the “gift” consisted of a used product and a discontinued item, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This was my first time purchasing from ARC after hearing many positive reviews, but unfortunately this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and the poor handling of compensation is what truly disappointed me. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering online from ARC.

I ordered with them for delivery over a month ago. They delivered my package to someone in Pietermaritzburg and despite multiple calls and emails they never fixed the situation. No refund. No package. Nothing. Truly unacceptable for such a large company.

I logged a product return that i bought from ARC BEAUTY Online store and i have been receiving extremely cold and poor treatment. The sales consultant named Saabir Abrahams would be so nonchalant and promise to log my return, and he would never do it. I logged the return on the 2nd of December and when I call to follow up no one answers the phone and the return is not logged even now. I left countless emails and no one bothers to attend to them. I must say ARC store is not the best store as they act to be. Just today i am on a call and have been holding for 20 minutes and no one is picking up the call.

I was very disappointed as I could not do my payment as the payment site indicated that the suburb and postal code did not match-100% a first for me! I had to manipulated the site to push the payment through- ARC store was sluggish to get back to me. Today I received a notice that one of the items I order was cancelled as they received many orders and could not determine if they had stock! This was the one Black Friday purchase I really wanted. I am super disappointed in ARC store.
