Disgusting service from this store! Received my package with an item missing, how do you pack our orders and leave items behind? No one answers the phone; I have also sent emails requesting the missing bronzer to be sent to me! Definitely WONT be shopping here again! Shocking
My account: OA-63209062-1 I started my contract on the 23rd of March 2023 and my first debit order was on the 1st of April 2023, it’s now May 2025 which means my contract has ended. They tried to debit my account firstly with R109 then R189 showing that my account has completely ended but they are trying to continue debiting my account unnecessarily. I have paid the last instalment, why am I required to pay for May? I paid now on the 5th of May via an immediate link they sent me but their incompetence workers can’t even pick that payment up! I hate these people and would warm anytime trying to upgrade their decoder to rather buy it cash! I’m so disgusted and I will not pay anything further with these people! What a joke of a company

If I could give zero stars for this joke of a business then I would! Zara online is appalling, not that in store it’s any better! I bought goods on their Black Friday sale, days later my order was modified to say the items I bought are suddenly NOT in stock. Okay that I don’t mind, still awaiting refund! THEN when I receive whatever was left of my order an item is missing, when I contact them on the day of collecting my order at East Gate Mall, I am told packages go through checks so it can’t be that an item is missing? How when suddenly the jersey in question is not even in stock anymore! So clearly it was never packed because wait was no longer there but now I’m being ****** of the money I paid for it because now I’m suddenly making things up yet so items were already modified and missing in my box! I haaaate this shop. DO NOT BUY ONLINE atleast!
