Woolworths used to be best retail store and it has to the worst. I will never buy anything from Woolworths again.
I have a complaint regarding L’Oréal Revitalift products that burnt my skin. I called the Loreal SA consumer Complaints department several times and I have not had anyone contact me. Elsa at reception transfers me to Theresa and Chris who doesn’t not return non of my calls and messages. I get voicemails. Elsa never gets back to me and puts me on hold continuously until I have to cut of and ring back. The consumer complaints department is very disappointing and I will not buy any L’Oréal products in the future as there is no after sale services available. Very disappointed consumer.
I purchased supper last night from Wasabi Legacy Yard Umhlanga which came to R500. The lady that served me was super assertive, which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. My husband in a joke brought that to her attention. The wok meal I ordered all the time with fried rice was supposedly could not be done and it apparently only came with noodles, so I had to settle for fried rice which was a totally different meal. The meals we ordered was of poor quality. My son's sweet chilli wok meal with noodles was poorly prepared. the fried rice prawn meal that my husband and I ordered were dry and tasteless. This is so disappointing as I really enjoyed the restaurant when it first opened. The quality was high, and the taste was exceptional. It sad how restaurants lose the plot when they gain their popularity and success. What a waste of my money and time? I will NEVER buy from this restaurant again.
I shopped recently at Clicks Cresent Umhlanga. The assistant pharmacist was not empathetic and quiet rude. I was battling with my lower back and therefore leaned on the counter for support. She rudely and abruptly told me not to lean on the counter regardless of me telling her I was in pain and therefore needed the counter for support. She was so unhelpful and unbothered. Very bad service. Very disappointing.
My experience with Anil and his team at Kitchen Studio Umhlanga was excellent. It was a pleasure working with them. They took care of my minor issues immediately and their their workmanship was world class. Thank you to Anil and his team. Peter in sales In Umhlanga is highly recommended and great at his job . Very disappointing experience. Col Cacchio Gateway. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. There were approximately 10 people in the restaurant so I am unsure why our food took so long to arrive. To think that the hospitality sector has been affected so badly during co vid u would think that the patrons would be taken care of better. The service has dropped since the new owners had taken over. I was a regular and now I would not go to the restaurant again. This is really sad as i enjoyed the restaurant. We cancelled our food and left. I was not prepared to stay as I was extremely hungry. Very disappointing experience.
My son frequently visits the store matrix warehouse Springfield for his gaming equipment. We have purchased all of his gaming equipment from Quentin who was most helpful and patient, thus the reason for our return to the store. Unfortunately, today, was a very different and disappointing experience. My son had arranged with Quentin to bring his PC to the store to do some rework. Francis the manager or co owner of the store was quiet rude and disrespectful. He was edgy and patient and spoke quiet abruptly to us and the employees. I wanted to address the issue at the store and I did not want to get into an argument with an arrogant disrespectful person.
