Terrible service - warranty not honored

<p>Bought hair irons from them.. fell and got damaged.. the warranty states the following: "If broken by the purchaser we will replace it with a handling fee of R299.00". They are not willing to honor their warranty and I found their customer service to be horrible! Quite rude! Other potential customers be warned...</p> <p> </p>
