aria beauty MOST KAK IRON EVA!!
Hi I have a flt iron which i purchased at Kenelworth Center aria beauty just to find out they moved no longer in cape town do anyone have any info on where to change this **** as it is the most **** they sell only keep two to three moths, the longest it keep is a year with out problems

They are con artists - report them to trading standards now if you are having problems
<p>I just wanted to let you all know that Aria Beauty are CON artists and they sell you products based on refund policies that do not exist. They also sold me this product with a life time guarantee, I think this may also be a lie. I wanted to put this review out there immediately about my experience to stop other people from buying this awful product. I will be reporting them to Westfield shopping centre and trading standards immeditaely. I will also update on whether the life time guarantee is a lie as soon as I have an update. </p>

<p>I just wanted to let you all know that Aria Beauty are CON artists and they sell you products based on refund policies that do not exist. They also sold me this product with a life time guarantee, I think this may also be a lie. <p>I have been contacting a guy via email...i let him.know 27april that the 1 plate of the flat iron is not working...I bought the flat iron 28may 2016'' he has not gotten back to me since monday nd he asked for the invoice nd I have sent it to him a numerous amount of emails,....I love the flat iron it does a great job and there is still a guarantee on the flat iron...all I want is for it to be replaced..</p>

Terrible service - warranty not honored
<p>Bought hair irons from them.. fell and got damaged.. the warranty states the following: "If broken by the purchaser we will replace it with a handling fee of R299.00". They are not willing to honor their warranty and I found their customer service to be horrible! Quite rude! Other potential customers be warned...</p> <p> </p>

<p>Hi, I have a faulty 1.25" Bellini Hair Straightener Still under warranty - Cape Town South Africa INFORMATION FOUND ON WEBSITE. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED UPON PHARCHASE - This product was bought from a store/ kiosk in Blue Route mall April 2016!!</p> <p>I will now have to pay R550.00 for shipping for shipping from Europe for the exchange ! This is fauls and miseading whick also goes against our Consumer protection.</p> <p>Warranty & Returns ARIA Beauty warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty can be upgraded to a lifetime warranty, free of charge, by filling the warranty registration form on the site. ARIA Beauty warranty is valid only for styling tools purchased from our official site or from an authorized ARIA Beauty retailer. If your product is not working properly because of a manufacturer's defect and the warranty terms and conditions are met, your ARIA Beauty styling tool will be replaced. ARIA BEAUTY STRAIGHTENER : RIDICULOUS RIP-OFF
<p>Aria Beauty promises you LIFETIME warranty with the purchase of their product... Then my straightener broke after a short while... Not the purchasers fault... Although the warranty CONTRACT, a legally bound document, promised the replacement of the product, they DEMANDED that I pay a RIDICULOUS amount for shipping fees, a significant percentage of the product value...</p> <p>After a few months now, I paid it although I feel it is totally unfair against the consumer who was lured in with false expectations and the reassurance with a lifetime warranty... After I have attended to the payment going against their own warranty CONTRACT, they STILL have issues to provide me with a new straightener...</p> <p>This is unacceptable service. After I have adhered to all their requests, they still make it so so so difficult and I still do not have a straightener.</p> <p>Where is the consumer rights?</p> <p>Where is pride in your brand and product?</p> <p>I really cannot believe this!</p>
