ARIA BEAUTY STRAIGHTENER : RIDICULOUS RIP-OFF

<p>Aria Beauty promises you LIFETIME warranty with the purchase of their product...  Then my straightener broke after a short while... Not the purchasers fault... Although the warranty CONTRACT, a legally bound document, promised the replacement of the product, they DEMANDED that I pay a RIDICULOUS amount for shipping fees, a significant percentage of the product value...</p> <p>After a few months now, I paid it although I feel it is totally unfair against the consumer who was lured in with false expectations and the reassurance with a lifetime warranty... After I have attended to the payment going against their own warranty CONTRACT, they STILL have issues to provide me with a new straightener...</p> <p>This is unacceptable service. After I have adhered to all their requests, they still make it so so so difficult and I still do not have a straightener.</p> <p>Where is the consumer rights?</p> <p>Where is pride in your brand and product?</p> <p>I really cannot believe this!</p>
