Pathetic
<p>I have been contacting a guy via email...i let him.know 27april that the 1 plate of the flat iron is not working...I bought the flat iron 28may 2016'' he has not gotten back to me since monday nd he asked for the invoice nd I have sent it to him a numerous amount of emails,....I love the flat iron it does a great job and there is still a guarantee on the flat iron...all I want is for it to be replaced..</p>

Still waiting for a paid up letter
<p>Last week I was told that the funds would be transferred from unilaw to fnb by the 25th and I know it fell on a Saturday, but when I spoke to Lindile she advised that the fund s should reflect by today already.</p> <p>This is really unfair towards me because I paid this loan account up and it's not my problem that the difference of the settlement is still reflecting as this had to be sorted out between fnb and unilaw.</p> <p>This has caused a huge delay in the plans I had. </p> <p> And now Lerato from unilaw doesnt even seem to be Willing to help me</p> <p>So what now</p>

Poor service
<p>This is so frustrating, having to wait for the paid up letter that I was promised Wednesday /Thursday aleady. </p> <p>Like I said Im trying to apply for a loan but this loan still has a balance reflecting, fnb isn willing to assist with finance so im trying to get finance elsewhere, I have to go thru so much effort. time ND money has been wasted for a paid up letter which I haven't received yet. </p> <p>And as per the ncr the creditor is suppose to provide the customer / client with a paid up letter. There was never a waiting period of 41 days...... That's just ridiculous!! </p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br />I need this letter and asap...... No one is getting back to me or responding to my emails, this is the service one gets from fnb</p>

<p>So I received a call from Zenon/Venon on behalf of fnb& I am still waiting for a letter, like I said I want to purchase a vehicle, they are unable to assist me due to my account being in legal, I understand this but I just need a paid up letter stating that this loan is paid up, he also mentioned that there is a balance on the loan, that's needs to be written off... due to me being offered a settlement discount, Now I really dont have time to wait much longer for a paid up letter, I really need it urgently, as in ASAP</p>
