Pathetic
<p>I have been contacting a guy via email...i let him.know 27april that the 1 plate of the flat iron is not working...I bought the flat iron 28may 2016'' he has not gotten back to me since monday nd he asked for the invoice nd I have sent it to him a numerous amount of emails,....I love the flat iron it does a great job and there is still a guarantee on the flat iron...all I want is for it to be replaced..</p>

10 May 2017, 04:50Nd not just that...when I went to the store..the lady with an attitude wanted a letter..the email....response...but the only email response I got was :I tried calling but no response....
I honestly think these people have no customer.service s****s, yet they work with clients nd persuade them to buy the product..
