When I moved I was a little nervous as I had a lot of sentimental items and I didn't want anything to get broken. However, the team at Arion logistics were amazing. They were so careful with everything and packing and unpacking my things. They even put everything in the new house exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe and quick removals company.

Each time you hear or see this company's name, run for your life. The service here is terrible. They do not have respect for time and the manager Mr James is so arrogant. I had a very bad moving experience from Limpopo to Gauteng. First, the truck was 6 hours late. James was so arrogant, threatening to payback my money after wasting my whole day. The driver got lost and couldn't call me. Everytime I had to call to check on them. When the truck arrived, there were no loading assistants. The two guys were complaining non-stop with an anger which had nothing to do with me as a client. I was expected to get people to help with the loading. They had no bubble wrap nor blankets to protect my furniture as promised. Before the loading I called James enquiring about the bubble wrap and he told me the driver will make a plan to protect my furniture. After that he told me that they charges me less and now according to google the km are more that what they charged. There as a long discussion because I couldn't understand what that has to do with me as I gave them the address inadvance, they were suppose to calculate the distance before they give me a quote. The guys got lost and I was told they used a lot of fuel. James cut the call and said he will call me back. He never did. Instead he sent a WhatsApp message while I was driving with an additional amount of R1 500 saying "pay this amount." I did not see the message as I was driving in rain at night. When we got to the destination, I was approached by a lady whom I have not seen or spoke to before. She arrogantly told me to pay the amount that James sent me before they offload, if not then they will take my furniture to their store room. Still I couldn't understand the logic behind the whole story. She wanted me to give her my laptop so she could show me the distance they are talking about. I couldn't give her my laptop. She said then I should pay the money or the take my furniture with them. She also said they used a lot of fuel trying to locate my location even in Gauteng. I paid the money and then they offloaded. Some of my furniture is damaged from the move. They forced to offload at 2:30am in the rain. When they were offloading I noticed that all the boxes were wet underneath. My bed was wet on the one side which showed that it was soaked in water for sometime. This made me suspect that there was a leak somewhere on the truck because it was raining on the way. But they denied that. The driver also denied some of the scratches saying they are old and you could see they are new. So, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Yes they are reasonable and polite when you first talk to them but you will see flames when it comes to service delivery. There is no respect, honesty and reliability.

Very professional. Grace was always available to take my call even after hours. The cost was very reasonable and all my furniture came unscathed. All in all a very satisfactory transaction from the time I received the quote to delivery at my door. The drivers were friendly and professional.

Would give -5 out of 5 rating. Before you consider this company, please take a couple of minutes to read this, I beg you! Saving a bit of money in using them, will cost you a lot more long term! Please be warned, they do not care, do not care about you or your furniture. Might be a logistics company in some way, but never a moving company! They damaged basically every large appliance, including the house and doors on the way out! We completed an inventory list, they brought a truck, which was way to small, we've had to rent a 2 ton trailer, twice, and drive back to Centurion to get the rest of our stuff. My bike is still there, which they said would be transported on the 1st move. Leather couches are badly damaged, fridges scratched and dented etc etc, they do not care! On arrival at the new house, which has a steep driveway, we suggested the driver (Ephraim, piece of work this one) turn the truck around, in order for everything not to fall out when they open the doors. When he proceeded to completely lose his ****! He was unhappy that we didn't tell him, as the driver of truck, how he should reverse into a yard!? Massive argument, and we were close to having to drag him out of the yard as he was about to assault my wife and father in law. We have voice notes, pictures and videos to back this up. He only took a chill pill when the other guys with him intervened and his boss phone him. Conversation were had with Grace and also the owner the business during the evening. On their arrival, they wanted coffee, cold drink an beer. They refused to take anything upstairs, unless we paid more, although it was never included in the initial quote or asked for during the arrangements. I can go on, but can't be bothered. Just be warned, I learnt a hard lesson, you get what you pay for...a lot of promises were made by Grace and the owner on the evening, nothing has happened...I gave a month before writing this...nothing....be very careful, they will cost you more than you save! If you want to do rubbish removal, use them, it's all they're good for

Thank you Arion team I am more than impressed my furniture was loaded at 6am in Randburg and delivered at my place in Umhlanga ,Durban the same day. I was skeptikal and wanted to find a place to sleep through the night but Grace assured me they will deliver the same day of which they did. Thank you so much and I will definetely recommend Arion for their proffessionalism and reliability.

Unfortunately this has been one of the worst service deliveries ever. Many of my furniture and belongings have either been damaged or gone missing. I was forced into paying an additional R13 000 due to Grace and Matins under-estimation of the size of the truck I needed (there was a site visit) Both Grace and Martin refuse to get back to me regarding the insurance claim or my items that are in storage "somewhere"- more than a month after original date of contract. Grace was extremely polite and professional at first - until they had my money. I have sent probably 20 emails asking for feedback and just get ignored. None of my items were wrapped or covered with blankets as promised. Both trucks were hours and hours late and the people offloading had absolutely no idea of how to unload. My 16 year old son guided and assisted them. VERY disappointed
