You will pay for Telkoms "glitch".....
Shame on you! For the best part of 2 years my account has been debited on the 5th of each month. Yesterday - Sunday the 5th my account gets suspended due to arrears because the debit order cannot go through on a Sunday.... I get advised to change the day.... Apparently the 4th or 3rd would be better.....WHAT! Those days never fall on a Sunday??? 3 calls to Telkom - debit order has been deducted and still no service. Management refuses to speak to me and promises to call back. Nothing!! I have been told it is a "glitch" - but still have to pay for the days of suspension.....

Just Rather don't......
Unfortunately this has been one of the worst service deliveries ever. Many of my furniture and belongings have either been damaged or gone missing. I was forced into paying an additional R13 000 due to Grace and Matins under-estimation of the size of the truck I needed (there was a site visit) Both Grace and Martin refuse to get back to me regarding the insurance claim or my items that are in storage "somewhere"- more than a month after original date of contract. Grace was extremely polite and professional at first - until they had my money. I have sent probably 20 emails asking for feedback and just get ignored. None of my items were wrapped or covered with blankets as promised. Both trucks were hours and hours late and the people offloading had absolutely no idea of how to unload. My 16 year old son guided and assisted them. VERY disappointed

JUST DON'T!
Why can't I give "-5" stars? I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!! They quoted me R25000 after a site visit - didn't send a large enough truck (after I sent Grace several emails to confirm that it would be large enough). Charged me another R13000 and had to wait 2 weeks for the 2nd load 😡😡😡. Both trucks were hours and hours late (rocked up at 22h00 last night) No bubble wrapping as promised - Mr Martin just actually took the bubble wrap with him when he left the Packers unsupervised for the day. No blankets to protect anything - my mom's Embuia dining room suite is ruined 😕 😕. They even managed to damage sleeper wood!!! Water damaged, scrunched up boxes with content spilling out. I cannot describe just how unethical and unprofessional these people are. I am even sitting with other peoples belongings in my garage - as the stuff was just dumped here (I had to tell them to stop unloading other people's belongings at my house)...... Rather pay a bit extra to another company - as you will end up being scammed by this one and end up paying more..... Martin refuses to give me details to claim from the insurance. These people are "nice" until they have your belongings in their grubby little paws!!!

From bad to good
<p> I must say - I blew my lid!! I sent my vacuum cleaner in for a service in Feb 2016 and a new motor was required :( My vacuum just over 3 years old and works once a week. Needless to say I wasn't impressed..... but paid my dues. R800 if I remember correctly. In December it conked again. Another quote R600!!!! I was livered. Caroline had to bear the brunt of my tantrum :( - She called me back about 15 min later saying the wrong code was used – if I am willing to pay R143.00 for a new cord– they will would cover the service. Thanks – it made a huge difference!!!</p>

First timer - totally dissapointed!!!!
<p>Waterglen shopping centre - 10am - only customer. Order - One steak and cheese on Low Gi. Not toasted. waited 30 minutes for order. In car - could not manage to bite through steak! Horrible old crumbly bread. No serviette. But the chesse was good - NEVER again. </p>

Stikeez adverts all over the shop - but no stock. Manager (elderly lady) just pulls up her shoulders. Sorry no stock :( \and probably not going to get any". Why promote these horrible little creatures (which my kids adore!!!!) if you know there is no more stock!!! """
