Product purchased 26/04/25,since then we have had multiple issues with the water. Water was not spraying out consistently & was foaming. We changed the soap(to the Verimark brand) as well and continued to have issues with the water. The 1st time we sent it in, they fixed the water but it could no longer be controlled by the trigger, it was a constant flow, it also came back with a faulty cord that switched the machine off when moved around. We sent it in twice thereafter and both times they claimed it was "fixed". When we tested it out at Makro, the problem was still there. We were without a machine for about 2 months, in total the machine was probably there(Makro or repairs) for about 3 or 4 months. When we went in today to collect the "fixed" machine(which didn't even switch on initially this time) they denied a refund or even replacing with a new one. They claimed that they could only refund or replace if it's been within 6 months. The only options for us were to take THE FLOOR MODEL or send it in again. Ridiculous. Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

We bought a floorwiz mop at Pick n Pay in last year, i have used the mop about 2 or 3 times and every time one dries it out the whole thing clips out, i have emailed verimark before but not getting any feedback. I am not able to use the mop at all, as one cant dry it out wothout the clip clipping out.

I purchased a Genesis Hydrovac Compact vacuum cleaner from Verimark on 04 July 2025. I returned the machine to the store on 13 January 2026 for repairs, as it was not working. At the time, I was told that repairs would take 21 days (excluding weekends). The 21-day period has now passed, but despite multiple follow-up calls and promises from their customer service team, I have received no proper updates, and the machine has still not been returned. Due to the prolonged delay and lack of communication, I no longer want the machine and am requesting a full refund. I am extremely disappointed with Verimark’s and Game Menly unprofessional and unresponsive service, and I am seeking assistance through Hello Peter to resolve this matter urgently.

I purchased a Genesis POWER STEAM ADVANCED STEAM Iron at Game in October 2025. When I opened it I found that the steam system was not working. I did not panic because of the promise that if it's diffective I will be able to return it and the consumer protection act. 20 February 2026 I found a chance to return it. When I got to Game Secunda, the iorn was tested and found defective. But I was told I can not get a refund, the item will be booked for repairs. I am so disappointed that the promise that the item is refundable is false and that the brand does not comply with the consumer protection act. Meaning I'm stuck with a brand new, defective item

Referral Number: 3009706 - Item bought at Makro Centurion & supp**** by Verimark. I purchased a Genesis Vacuum Cleaner from Verimark and returned it within six months due to a defect in the suction pipe trigger. On 24 January 2026, I handed the unit to the Verimark repair center. Despite my clear rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the repair center refused to honor the CPA provisions and proceeded to repair the unit without my consent. On 14 February 2026, I collected the vacuum. The unit remained unopened until 17 February 2026, when I discovered to my shock that the bucket and filter mechanism had been replaced with old, secondhand parts. The bucket is cracked, and the filter mechanism’s label is partially scratched off. This constitutes: - Violation of CPA Section 56: I was entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair at my choice within six months of purchase. - Unauthorized repair: The repair was carried out without my consent. - *****ulent substitution of parts: The unit was returned with visibly used and damaged components. I have photographic evidence documenting the condition of the vacuum before and after the repair, clearly showing the secondhand parts. Given these facts, I am opening a case with the CPA and filing a ******** complaint with the SAPS for *****ulent practices by the Verimark repair center.
