All I can say is that our UIF claim was complicated and Karen went the extra mile for us. Would recommend her without a second thought
So disappointed in spec savers scottburgh I need glasses after my cataract operation urgently and I said I would pay cash for them if the medical aid didn’t but there was no feedback from them and I am still waiting. They were great now it’s all about money and not their customers. Will not go back to them again.
Never buy RAG DOLL KITTENS from any of these catteries especially Chantal Henning. They are ************ and a disgrace. Paid a R2000 deposit and was told delivery would be R500. Next minute I get an email to pay R9000 for a thermo regulatored cat box which is refundable on receipt of the kitten. What a load of s***t who would be taken in by that and then you loose your R2000 deposit and the R9000 for cat box. I have reported her to my banks ***** unit as well as laid a ***** charge with the police. Hope she gets caught.
Bought a product which never arrived and then got told the store no longer is affiliated with Amazon so asked for a refund which they accepted but am still waiting
Pnp is a store that is convenient to us who stay down the south coast BUT I am not complaining about how crazy expensive they are but the fact they do not have conveyor cashier stations. The cashiers or the purchasers have to keep moving things forward by hand I mean really are they so poor that they cannot get into the 21st century
Once again I wish I could give Metrofibre no stars. They are a disgrace. They installed all the infrastructure in our complexes in Mtwalume and then walked away from the project. They are so greedy they rather the infrastructure be dormant than sell it at a reasonable price to a company that wants to help us. I would never ever have them install anything anywhere as they are unprofessional and don’t care at all about the people they left stranded.
I would give them no stars if I could. They are a disgrace. The installed our complexes infrastructure in Mtwalume and then just walked away leaving everything as is. They are making it impossible for our new installers to buy the current infrastructure and our town who have homeschooling and people working from home stuck with very sporadic internet signal. I would never ever suggest anyone to use them 😡 The town is furious what an unprofessional company.
What a disappointment of a fibre company. The service and communication is atrocious. We as a complex and others have had Metrofibre install conduit and fibre boxes in all Our units and conduit throughout our complex and other complexes and since last year nothing has been done. No communication no service nothing even after many messages sent to them. What a disgrace
If there was a no star I would give them that. Following my previous review Samsung sent their outsourcing people being Smartcare to assess our fridge needless to say they came moved the fridge walked around it and diagnosed that there was a tiny internal leak without touching the fridge and said that my 4 year old very expensive fridge needed to be convert into an old fridge by putting all piping etc., on the outside of the fridge. After 10 minutes of not getting much answers we were asked to pay the R950 call out fee there and then without them testing anything on the fridge so obviously they have special powers to diagnose a problem without testing anything. An absolute disgrace and downright money making brand.
I will never buy Samsung appliances again. My double door fridge which is 3 years old and cost a lot of money has given so much trouble and I have had to throw food away. It has once again not freezing or getting cold and I reported this on Monday morning and still no one has come to sort it out. Absolute ******* appliances and service.
