Poor product and customer service

Never buy from Arion power. I bought a Wibox ups because of load shedding, the battery did not even last 7 months and on they rep**** they cannot do anything about it because the battery died because of load shedding. Why would you advertise something for a purpose and then use it as an excuse because the product is not working.

They were not even prepared to assist just want to sell something else to me. Their product is terrible as well as their aftercare and customer service as well. Think carefully before you buy from Arion power.
