Poor product and customer service
Never buy from Arion power. I bought a Wibox ups because of load shedding, the battery did not even last 7 months and on they rep**** they cannot do anything about it because the battery died because of load shedding. Why would you advertise something for a purpose and then use it as an excuse because the product is not working. They were not even prepared to assist just want to sell something else to me. Their product is terrible as well as their aftercare and customer service as well. Think carefully before you buy from Arion power.

Poor product and customer service
Never buy from Arion power. I bought a Wibox ups because of load shedding, the battery did not even last 7 months and on they rep**** they cannot do anything about it because the battery died because of load shedding. Why would you advertise something for a purpose and then use it as an excuse because the product is not working. They were not even prepared to assist just want to sell something else to me. Their product is terrible as well as their aftercare and customer service as well. Think carefully before you buy from Arion power.

Arion Power has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I bought their wibox in Feb and that thing has never worked. I have been trying to get my money back since April t no avail. Do not buy that thing. It does not work.

Worst Company I've ever dealt with.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After placing an order on the 27th of April with them for a WiBox and a Laptop Powerbank, I haven't heard back from them. I managed to get hold of them once over the phone. Now they are not responding to my e-mails, phone call and social media posts. Don't get ****med by this company, spend your money somewhere else.

Worst Company I've ever dealt with.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After placing an order on the 27th of April with them for a WiBox and a Laptop Powerbank, I haven't heard back from them. I managed to get hold of them once over the phone. Now they are not responding to my e-mails, phone call and social media posts. Don't get ****med by this company, spend your money somewhere else.

ARION POWER WIBOX A WASTE OF MONEY
Do NOT buy the WIBOX it's an expensive paper weight. Worked for 4&half months and now only last for 45minutes - no good during 2 hours of load shedding. Despite Arion saying there is a 6 month guarantee on the battery they do not honour this guarantee Whilst I understand that the current intermittent power supply will reduce the life of batteries, I do not accept that a 4 ½ month life before the battery fails is fair or acceptable, either way R1,000.00 for something that only works as it should for 4 months then fails is a total waste of money - pleny of otehr options out there,

Arion Power sells unreliable subpar loadsaharring products
This is a very poor quality product , the housing of the power box is made of cheap material, I received my initial one and returned it because it was faullty, received a replacement that I am also returning because it's faulty. The wibox was used as intended .I think more research needs to be put into the logativity and durability of these products, before coming market. Not advisable .

The wibox was used as intended .I think more research needs to be put into the logativity and durability of these products, before coming market. Not advisable .

Stay Away
Terrible service. I have been trying to return items since April and have had no success. I've tried phoning, emailing, Facebook messaging and contacting through the website. Any promises of returning goods are not upheld and I'm appalled by their lack of communication. Would not recommend Arion Power to anyone.

FROM HERO TO ZERO....
What a great disappointment this company turned out to be!!! I ordered a WiBox last June, and was so impressed with the friendly service from Alan. We received it within a day and we were very happy as our Fibre ONT and our router both worked right through loadshedding. Fantastic! We were so happy that I then ordered a Lalela Power Bank, which charges my laptop for a good 4 hours or more as well. A colleague was so impressed that he asked us to get him a MiBox as well, which I duly did in October 2021. On 28 March, I contacted Arion Power, as our colleagues MiBox stopped holding a charge. I received a reply from Sales advising that the warranty period for the unit is 12 months and the battery is 6 months, and to please advise the specific fault. I replied that it is not holding charge at all, so I assume the battery needs to be replaced. Since that response, I have emailed a further 3 times!! And NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! And now, my OWN MiBox is also not holding the charge for more than an hour (using only the ONT, as our new router isn't compatible). And Arion Power simply doesn't respond to my emails. No after-sales service available, apparently!

Faulty products, No assistance! BAD SERVICE!!!!
Baught a unit through takealot, sent it back as it didn't work. Received a 2nd unit, it works however just for an hour and turns off again, its fully charged and permanently plugged in. Sent emails, posted in Facebook and no one helps? Personally I don't recommend this product. I would say you should just close your company
