What a great disappointment this company turned out to be!!!
I ordered a WiBox last June, and was so impressed with the friendly service from Alan. We received it within a day and we were very happy as our Fibre ONT and our router both worked right through loadshedding. Fantastic!
We were so happy that I then ordered a Lalela Power Bank, which charges my laptop for a good 4 hours or more as well. A colleague was so impressed that he asked us to get him a MiBox as well, which I duly did in October 2021.
On 28 March, I contacted Arion Power, as our colleagues MiBox stopped holding a charge. I received a reply from Sales advising that the warranty period for the unit is 12 months and the battery is 6 months, and to please advise the specific fault. I replied that it is not holding charge at all, so I assume the battery needs to be replaced.
Since that response, I have emailed a further 3 times!! And NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! And now, my OWN MiBox is also not holding the charge for more than an hour (using only the ONT, as our new router isn't compatible). And Arion Power simply doesn't respond to my emails.
No after-sales service available, apparently!
