Faulty goods returned 6 March - TaL confirmed collection but numerous phone calls, numerous emails later, I even received an email confirming that the credit had been processed (R1,619.00) and would be in my bank account in 3 days and weeks later still nothing, more conflicting emails, every time a different story. NOT TO BE TRUSTED
Do NOT buy the WIBOX it's an expensive paper weight. Worked for 4&half months and now only last for 45minutes - no good during 2 hours of load shedding. Despite Arion saying there is a 6 month guarantee on the battery they do not honour this guarantee Whilst I understand that the current intermittent power supply will reduce the life of batteries, I do not accept that a 4 ½ month life before the battery fails is fair or acceptable, either way R1,000.00 for something that only works as it should for 4 months then fails is a total waste of money - pleny of otehr options out there,
Dont believe a word that Aramex says about 'Store to Door' overnight service. I urgently needed a parcel to overnight from Cape Town to JHB (both main centers), so I googled what their delivery times were, and their latest info says before 2pm drop off meant that it would be delivered the next day by latest 5pm. NOT SO, their tracking system doesn't work so hours later of phoning and phoning looking for my parcel and an unhappy receiver they say its not overnight its a 3-day service. GRRRR I would have used another courier. WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT USE. Bad service, grumpy people on the other end of the phone, no tracking system.
TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND WORSE SERVICE. I ordered a solar light for R 1,399.99. It arrived last week Wed, and it does not work. At all. I have emailed customer service and despite saying "all emails are responded to in 48 hours" I have heard nothing. I have emailed them 4 times and no response. All I want is a working light or money back, but how when they wont respond?
so here we go again. My dstv subs due on the 13th, monthly. Last month I paid on the 11th, as I always do, and on the 13th they cut me off. Multichoice is a beneficiary on my account so all ref's are correct, they've worked for years, so why not now? for a week I call, I send emails, I send POPs, but despite it all they switch me on for a few hours, then cut me off claiming no payment. So I post on Hellopeter, and wow I get results, they find my payment and reconnect me on the 18th. So by my maths, my next subs are due on the 18th. Not so apparently according to Multichoices maths, so today they cut me off. Its NOT EVEN THE 13th ITS 12th!! AND AS I SAID IVE GOT TILL THE 18th. Their own poor accounting and I must pay for no service . SHAME ON YOU. ****TY SERVICE FROM AN ARROGANT SERVICE PROVIDER. Oh, sorry actually, not a 'service provider'. A 'non service provider'
HOW IS IT THAT AFTER PAYING MY MONTHLY SUBS YEAR AFTER YEAR, SUDDENLY DSTV CLAIMS I HAVEN'T PAID. I HAVE. I HAVE SENT THROUGH THE POP AND ALL I GET IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE. I CALL AND ALL THEY IS SEND THROUGH THE POP, I DO. THE MONEY HAS LEFT MY ACCOUNT AND THEY CLAIM THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND WHAT CAN I DO? STANDARD BANK HAS CONFIRMED THE MONEY WAS PAID INTO THEIR ACCOUNT - THE SAME ACCOUNT AS ALL THE PREVIOUS MONTHS, THE SAME PAYMENT REFERENCE. CLEARLY DSTV HAS NOT ALLOCATED MY PAYMENT CORRECTLY AND ARE MAKING NO EFFORT TO DO IT. IN THE MEANTIME THEY CUT ME OFF. AND I WAIT. NO DSTV.
<p>What is the point of having a business banker who does not return calls, does not answer emails despite being marked urgent. What is the point of the business banker assistant who does not answer calls, who does anwer emails?? One week of desperately trying to get something organised that can only be done with the help of our business banker and he simply igonores us, our emails, our messages, our request for assitance <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> What is the point of having a bank that is NOT THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM. </span></p>
<p>So this is DHL's advertsing HA, what a lie.:</p> <p>"Excellence. Simply delivered.<br />International express deliveries; global freight forwarding by air, sea, road and rail; warehousing solutions from packaging, to repairs, to storage; mail deliveries worldwide; and other customized logistic services – with everything DHL does, we help connect people and improve their lives" </p> <p>This is the true reality of their service:</p> <p>We paid R1800 to get a parcel collected in Cape Town on Friday to be in South West Africa by Monday - samples for an important meeting our architect was having today. They have still not been delivered - numerous phone calls being transfrred, no-one cares, no-one is worried that they have let us down. No -one called to say there was a problem, they simply just didn't deliver . We have missed our meeting and have a very angry client.</p>
<p>I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair being Levi hi-tops with zip. They arrived on the 31st May, I wore them once later that week and the zip on the back of 1 shoe was fauly and kept splitting from the bottom up. I sent a complaint email and asked them to please replace them. They were collected the following week. I received a phone call a week or so later saying that they were sending me a new pair but queried the size (they asked why I was sending a size 6 back when I had ordered a size 7; their misunderstanding; my sister had ordered the size 7 a week previously). I understood that the replacment pair was on its way. Not so....today they send me an email saying they will not replace them because I quote: "they are thoroughly worn". How can a pair of shoes I have had for a week possibly be thouroughly worn?? Is that how quickly Levi shoes wear out (after a few hours of being worn)?? Is that how Spree stands by the products they sell?? I should have been able to wear them for months, return them thoroughly worn and get them replaced or fixed if the zip breaks. Shame on you Spree, I know had I bought them from my local Levi store and returned them with a broken zip a few days later they have stood by their product. This is in conflict with Spree's defective goods policy that states that a defective product can be returned within 6 months. So why would I ever order from Spree again?</p>
