I almost died at this spa

I almost died at this spa on Friday 06/12/2024. They lathered me in an oil based exfoliate and then told me to jump into a shower that had no anti-slip mat. I fell in that shower and the glass door broke on me, leaving me with bruises, cuts and lacerations that needed stitching

The owners haven't even bothered to call me or text me. Just to show concern and apologize for this negligence. I asked for their risk assessment, to allow me to establish whom is responsible for this negligence and the bosses sister was practically refusing to help me. She said I'd get it sent to my email after the weekend, it is now Wednesday and no email has been responded to not acknowledged.
