⚠️ Warning: Avoid this spa! I booked a 60‑minute Swedish massage, they secretly added treatments, pushed overpriced products, gave poor service, concocted false diagnoses—pure ****mers with no professionalism, manners, or value. Total rip‑off.

Sent my CV and got called same day for an interview (Tuesday) and asked me to come back on Friday (followup interview),cool they hired me and started working straight away. It was woman's month and it was packed I worked until Sunday and they told me to come back Next week saturday.on Saturday I went and the manager said who called you??!!! I was confused and the management said no1 called you and I took my bags and left, until now they ddnt call or pay me for that weekend that I worked.... Very rude management especially the main manager!!

This people could not keep any of thier employees...on 2023-10-18...i went for an interview then got a job but their said training for a week but worked 3 weeks no introduction to the staff or the owner no signing of the contract...i did not even know how much I am working for...what was worse on the third week i was told to train someone for the same job...like i could not go to work anymore and i was dismissed for not coming on one day because i did not have money...so sad what is worse everytime u go there its different employees

I almost died at this spa on Friday 06/12/2024. They lathered me in an oil based exfoliate and then told me to jump into a shower that had no anti-slip mat. I fell in that shower and the glass door broke on me, leaving me with bruises, cuts and lacerations that needed stitching The owners haven't even bothered to call me or text me. Just to show concern and apologize for this negligence. I asked for their risk assessment, to allow me to establish whom is responsible for this negligence and the bosses sister was practically refusing to help me. She said I'd get it sent to my email after the weekend, it is now Wednesday and no email has been responded to not acknowledged.

I was given a voucher for Aronia for my birthday. In having my home painted, I have misplaced my voucher. I called Aronia to ask them to trace the voucher. I had the name of the person who gave it to me, their cell number, bank details, date of purchase, and the amount paid. They said they would call me back, but didn't bother. When I called back I had the most illogical and rude conversation with a person who kept interrupting me. All she could say was that I needed the voucher to prove I had the voucher. She asked what the voucher number was, and I explained I couldn't give that to her as that was on the misplaced voucher. She then asked if I could get the person who had purchased it to call and give the voucher number to them. No amount of explaining could clarify that I don't have the voucher or the number. I was then told to send them a WhatsApp, which could be shown to the manager, despite my having called twice and explained my problem to 3 different people. Even if I find my voucher, I won't be coming to your spa. You turned a beautiful, thoughtful gift into something so unpleasant - and what a waste of money - for 3 treatments! Dreadful service!

I was at Aronia over the weekend with my family exceptional experience the staff from the reception to the the****** were friendly and professional we all had different treatments but reunited eventually, the place was busy but did not feel crowded fantastic experience special thanks to Nthabiseng for exceptional work and the guy at the Restaurant David going over and above to make sure we had an exception time I'll definitely be returning soon
