😡 Dear Planet42 Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding your service. I returned the car in February, following all the required processes. I was informed that I needed to pay a one-month settlement installment, which I duly paid in March. However, today, I noticed that another installment has been debited from my account despite the car having already been returned. This is completely unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls to your office, yet I have received no response. I demand an immediate refund of the erroneously debited amount and expect a resolution to this matter without any further delays. The service I have experienced thus far has been appalling and unprofessional.
