Stay Far Away from ARIVA Car Rentals and thank me later, they reap the customers off. I was issued a vehicle with no spare-keys even after settling the car payment. I had a very bad experience with them even their monthly premiums keeps increasing without notifying the client. They are vultures, who make business at the expense of the first time car buyers. The mileage claims charged to customers is ridiculous and they catch customers with their hidden costs. Please Do not be tempted to get a your Car from ARIVA CAr Rentals. They are absolute parasite and they are scamming poor South Africans who are already on debt. Please spread the WORD.
