Please allow us to clarify that security deposits are only withheld in instances where post-rental inspections reveal new damage to the vehicle not recorded at the time of collection. In your case, our team noted markings under the bumper that were not present prior to your rental period, and as per the signed agreement, the associated cost was communicated accordingly.
