The staff and owners attitude towards their customers is once again typically reflective of the lack of business ethic and accountability once a sale has been made. I am appalled as a long a standing customer and at one time landlord who happily supported and even assisted when not required, to be treated with such disregard and disrespect as a customer now that they have had to close stores and left with one: excuses and bad service topped off with a sales man putting the phone down on my much older father, who was calmly discussing a matter of being taken for fools, twice! And have the audacity to do so is nothing short of disgusting. I will follow this as far as I can take this ugly example of how the service industry in this county think they are doing customers a favor by working. They do not deserve patronage nor accepting such disrespect not only they show customers but clearly a reflection of their own business and personal ethics.
