It's so seldom one experiences true, unbridled, genuinely-human-centric service these days that specifically aims to provide 100% customer satisfaction & happiness. AroundAboutCars is one of the very few of these kinds of companies left on this planet. Kudos and accolades has to go to Kaydee at the Cape Town office who is THE most delightful person and who, literally, blows one away with her gushing enthusiasm and authentic desire to assist. Beyond amazing and a rare find!

Around About Cars have been excellent every time
Around About Cars have been excellent every time. Prompt communication, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. It can be stressful to organise car rentals but they honestly make it stress-free and have always been very helpful with no issues during the entire process. Bonus is that they offer use of international visa debit card as long as you pay up front. Very useful when you don't have a credit card. Highly recommend this company for your next car rental. Around About Cars have been excellent every time. Prompt communication, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Around About Cars Helps a Lost Girl
What an amazing experience from booking to actually picking up the car,,, the agent was friendly and did what they were supposed to do. He even helped me to my car,,, loved that about him

Excellent and affordable service
I have only hired from Around About Cars twice but have always received great service. They are by far the most affordable car hire service and they cater to all needs. Excellent and affordable service
I have only hired from Around About Cars twice but have always received great service. They are by far the most affordable car hire service and they cater to all needs. The team always responds to every query in a friendly and timeous way, their responses are detailed and easy to understand. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Unrivalled deals and customer service from a top team!
I have travelled extensively over the years and have never found a car hire company that compares with the service offered by the amazing 'Team' at AroundAboutCars. From initial contact to the conclusion of the hire period they are always available, helpful and courteous. They spare no effort in finding the best deal for you and, should a problem occur, they really do 'go the extra mile' (see what I did there?!) to help, and are never happy until the customer is happy. Equally comforting is the fact that whichever team member you speak to (or email with) will always give you their name, and contact details, and be there for you throughout the hire period, and beyond. On top of all that, they find the best deals - to such an extent that I now don't bother to look elsewhere for comparison; I know I have the best team 'on my six'. I really can't recommend them highly enough.
