I have only hired from Around About Cars twice but have always received great service. They are by far the most affordable car hire service and they cater to all needs. The team always responds to every query in a friendly and timeous way, their responses are detailed and easy to understand. Will definitely be using their services in the future.
I received a few SMS's over the past few months from FinAidSa stating that R169 has been reserved for purchase. I opened a fraud claim with FNB last Thursday and have mailed them 3 times further, I called in as well. I have not received any feedback from FNB and I want my money back immediately
I received a call from MTN saying that they would be delivering a free MTN LTE sim card to my house. I asked them what the benefits were and they said I would receive faster internet and get a 30gb free data bundle for switching to LTE which will be loaded automatically after I perform the sim swap and activate the sim card. I receieved the sim card and performed a sim swap because I wanted the free data bundle. When calling the service centre, they said that there is no free data bundle linked to my account and there's nothing they can do. I was told to wait 24 hours for it to be logged and try again, I called 2 days after because I still didn't get the data bundle and the consultant asked me to call back in 48 hours. I called back now and they're still telling me there's nothing they can do. I know it's a free data bundle but I was promised it and now they can't keep their promises.
Everytime for the past year that I've loaded airtime, it disappears for no reason! And everytime I contact the call centre, they can't see what happened because their system has not updated. I have loast over R1000 airtime over the past year because it just disappears...I have been referred to managers on countless occasions, but there has never been an explanation for the loss of my airtime. Today I loaded R30 airtime and purchased a R3 data bundle, now I only have R15 left....MTN has never responded to any of my emails and I just want my airtime back! Their service is HORRIBLE and the consultants are quite rude. This isn't the first time this happened and I see I'm not the only person this is happening to, I wonder if MTN will even respond to this!
I started my debt review in September 2014, they were very quick to take my money, but when the real issues started and I started requesting proof of the work they've done, I got no response. I laid a complaint with one of the managers on 26 January 2015, who then told me that if I want my query sorted out I must phone them. My creditors are still calling me and requesting payments stating with proof that they haven't received any documents from lifeline debt solutions. I asked lifeline debt solutions for all the documents they sent to different creditors on 03 February 2015, they said they sent it as we spoke, I still haven't received anything yet. They were supposed to get back to me, but they never respond. I want all my money back because I will not pay for a service if I am not getting what I paid for. They want your money and assure your debt issues are solved, but then they turn around and disappear with your money and you're still stuck with all the problems you're paying them to take care of. A REAL BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!! I want all my money back immediately!
