Horrible

Several properties moved, items damaged and after constant follow ups a response 4 weeks later they will not be liable- note the terms and conditions were followed as clients but unfortunately they do not know their own tcs and cs. Evidence provided proof and cctv available of wrongdoing and still - we dont care attitude. And a full box of items were not packed and left at the other property. Out of all the moves weve use them for we had to claim 1000s in damages already.

Not one photo or mirror was wrapped Items missing Boxes left open Persian carpets folded and thrown in like trash not wrapped as asked. Furniture and appliances not wrapped Will be sure to inform all about this documented horrible experience.
