THEY ARE *******.....DON'T EVER TRUST THEM.

Never ever ever make use of this company. They might have cheaper quotes then the other places, but they are not worth it. We experience so much damage to very expensive furniture, the one wooden cupboard that is extremely expensive due to being real wood, they broke so bad that it is going to cost a fortune to fix. And the worst part of it was that they then even tried to fix it with prestix. When I contacted them, I sent photos and a video of the damages. Richard then just send me a what's up, saying that the load was not insured and there is nothing they can do. And then as we started packing we started to notice that some of the boxes are open and as we continued to unpack we realized that so many things was ****** by them...these guys are very professional with *****ing, because I checked the truck after they unloaded everything. But right at the back there was a stack of blankets that I never thought something of, but only to realize now that, that must of been the place where they were hiding all the ****** things. This was already a very stressful and terrible time for us, as my sister has just passed away suddenly and my sister was looking after my mom. With my sister passing away, my mom could not stay on her own anymore in the big house, so we had to move her to a Retirement home. So many things for my mom now to deal with and they just don't care. As there are previous reviews with thing that has gotten ****** during people making use of them. PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY, I EVEN THINK THAT RICHARD MIGHT BE PART OF THIS, AS HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. THIS IS OUR WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. AND I HAVE MOVED A LOT AND NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED.
