I am just switching over to them today, and so far I am really happy with how affordable they are, specially with specifying items. Georgi also answered a lot of questions that I wanted clarity on for me.

TEMU can't help
They have locked all of my cards and payment methods for noticing anomalies and now don't know how to be able to unlock it again. They are useless. I have spent 1000 of rands on them just for locking my account

NEVER EVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY
Please do not use this company to move your things. This was the worst experience that we have ever had with a moving company, and I have move several times. They damaged a very expensive real wood cupboard and then tried to fix it with prestix. When I contacted the company, they asked me to send them photos. So I send them photos as well as a video of the damage of the cupboard. They then send me a what's up that whereby they told me that the load was not insured and there is nothing they can do. And as we started to unpack the boxes, we realized that there was boxes that was opened and as we are still unpacking we have found so many things that are missing. It's not small inexpensive things that are missing, but expensive things and things that was memories of my late sister that just past away. The only thing I can say is please please do not make use of them. They do not care about your stuff and the losses you have.

THEY ARE *******.....DON'T EVER TRUST THEM.
Never ever ever make use of this company. They might have cheaper quotes then the other places, but they are not worth it. We experience so much damage to very expensive furniture, the one wooden cupboard that is extremely expensive due to being real wood, they broke so bad that it is going to cost a fortune to fix. And the worst part of it was that they then even tried to fix it with prestix. When I contacted them, I sent photos and a video of the damages. Richard then just send me a what's up, saying that the load was not insured and there is nothing they can do. And then as we started packing we started to notice that some of the boxes are open and as we continued to unpack we realized that so many things was ****** by them...these guys are very professional with *****ing, because I checked the truck after they unloaded everything. But right at the back there was a stack of blankets that I never thought something of, but only to realize now that, that must of been the place where they were hiding all the ****** things. This was already a very stressful and terrible time for us, as my sister has just passed away suddenly and my sister was looking after my mom. With my sister passing away, my mom could not stay on her own anymore in the big house, so we had to move her to a Retirement home. So many things for my mom now to deal with and they just don't care. As there are previous reviews with thing that has gotten ****** during people making use of them. PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY, I EVEN THINK THAT RICHARD MIGHT BE PART OF THIS, AS HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. THIS IS OUR WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. AND I HAVE MOVED A LOT AND NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED.

Peaceful Pine Old Age Home & Frail Care
Please do not use this agency. They did not pay the caregiver that worked for us throught them. We have paid them for the month, but they did not pay the caregiver. We are not the first people that they did not pay the careworker after they have being payed. Please go and read comments and reviews on facebook "Caregivers Pretoria group". They also ask the caregivers to pay them money and as soon as the money is payed they block them. The so named Sr at this agency is not registered with the "South African Nursing Counsil" not even sure if she is a real Sr? They also operate under the following names: "Healing Hands tuisversorging", "Nightingale Tuisversorging". They also have Old age home and frail care facilities: "Peaceful Pine Old Age Home & Frail care" and "Van Dalen Versorgings Eenheid" We are currently opening a police case against them.

*****s your money and caregivers money
Please do not use this agency, they did not pay our careworkers althought we have paid the agency. We are currently opening a ******** case against them. The so named Sr of the agency is not registered with the South African Nursing Counsil, and we are not even sure if she is a Registered Nurse at all. We are not the first people complainiing that she is not paying her caregivers. Please review all her posts on Facebook under "Caregivers Pretoria group" We have a lot of evidence against this so called company. They also operate under "Rus en Vrede tuisversorging" and "Healing Hands tuisversorging" They also have old age homes and frail care that operate under the following names: "Peaceful Pine Old Age Home & Frail Care" and "Van Dalen Versorgings Eenheid"

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DR
Worst experience of my life. Took my son to him for his Epilepsy that was diagnosed with an EEG and confirmed by 2 previous Neurologist that treated my son. He was so rude, he does not greet you or introduce himself to you. Just immediately started asking questions and then disagreeing with the signs and symptoms. He told us that there is no such thing as Temporal Lobe Epilepsy and that you do not diagnose Epilepsy with an EEG. The only way that you can diagnose Epilepsy is by symptoms that they experience, during an Epileptic episode, and my son does not fall in that "box". He also told us that there is no such thing as sinus headache, Hypertension does not cause headache and neck spasms also does not cause headaches......I did not agree with him as I have medical background. I then asked him why did the previous 2 Neurologist confirm his diagnoses? Whereby he said that they don't know anything of Epilepsy. I also asked him why did my sons epilepsy get better since he was started on medication. He could not answer that question. He then told me that it is because I want my child to have Epilepsy. What the hell.....which parent would want their child to be sick... and on Chronic medication. He even queried my sons Haemophilia that he was diagnosed with when he was a baby, with extensive blood tests that was done to confirm his diagnosis. As we were about to leave he made the comment that he was in the top of his class when he studied and he knows everything about epilepsy, and to get an epilepsy diagnosis from him you need to work hard for it. I was stunned by his remarks. I understand now after yesterday why I could get an appointment so quick with him. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MEDICAL AID AND MONEY ON THIS QUACK OF A PERSON. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING...

TENEO'S ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE
This is the worst experience that I have ever had. The Teneo account department is horrible. They owe me money.....when I phoned today they told me that refunds take 3-4 weeks to sort out, but they have a very long backlog of refunds, so I will only be refunded once the backlog has been sorted out. I have asked to speak to a manager whereby they informed me that the manager is in a meeting and will phone me back....I am still waiting... Teneo is very quick to respond to their good reviews but on their bad reviews, they do not respond at all. Please stay far away from Teneo..... TFC 20024
