Ill treatment

I've been to this pharmacy a couple of times before to get medicine over the counter using medical aid. Sometimes I go there without medical card with me. Today I went there without a medical aid card with me. The lady staff member who was assisting me ask me for my initials and surname, I told her adding also that my wife is main member and I m her dependent list. She asked for my ID which I also produced. To my surprise she told I am not on their system, only my wife was on the system. And again she told things have changed we need to always bring medical aid card with to get medicine because they is lot of corruption out there. And she handed my ID back. I then asked her, but I have been here before do how come l am no longer on their system. And why did she ask for my ID from the first place if everyone now is required to bring medical aid card with to get medicine. I felt that I was ill treated by her.
