Bad attitude
I can't take away the fact that today I was treated normal as a customer at the reception by one of the staff member who behind the desk, and he told I'm first on the line for wheel alignment. He even told to move my car to the front of wheel alignment bay. While I was busy moving my car, little did I know that I was going to be confronted by another very rude staff member who just started yelling at me. When I asked him what was wrong he continued yelling at me. Confused I was, I then told him I don't appreciate his tone and I was going then leave them and go if he continues to do that. Guess what he told me straight on my face that I can leave, again with a harsh tone.

Ill treatment
I've been to this pharmacy a couple of times before to get medicine over the counter using medical aid. Sometimes I go there without medical card with me. Today I went there without a medical aid card with me. The lady staff member who was assisting me ask me for my initials and surname, I told her adding also that my wife is main member and I m her dependent list. She asked for my ID which I also produced. To my surprise she told I am not on their system, only my wife was on the system. And again she told things have changed we need to always bring medical aid card with to get medicine because they is lot of corruption out there. And she handed my ID back. I then asked her, but I have been here before do how come l am no longer on their system. And why did she ask for my ID from the first place if everyone now is required to bring medical aid card with to get medicine. I felt that I was ill treated by her.

<p>Here is a friendly advice to everyone with cars. Please dont join mechanical breakdown warranty cover from bidvest. Its a complete nonsense.</p> <p>They dont send policy document when you request on time. But once you Claim then they send it to you and refer you to fine lines that was never explained to you when you joined. IUA they call themselves under Bidvest Insurance. Stay away from them. </p>
