ARS Credit VERY POOR SERVICES !!!

ARS Credit has made an Application For Voluntary Debt Restructuring, after informing them that I would like to cancel. Never made a single payment towards them. Now I have an Application For Voluntary Debt Restructuring under my name on my Credit Profile. Made by FaHeem Solomons from ARS Credit.

I've since made contact with ARS Credit and brought this to their attention (almost 2 weeks ago) with no response. More recently I spoke to a Floor Manager by the name of Shaiehaam Davids, who keeps on saying that FaHeem Solomons is aware of my complaint and will get back to me.

ARS are not even taking me seriously, as Shaiehaam Davids kept on giggling and laughing at me. She really did not show any empathy or compassion on my complaint. For a Manager, Shaiehaam Davids is really bad at her telephone etiquettes. I feel violated.

It's been more than a month since I've wrote the a review about ARS Credit and they didn't bother to respond.
Shows the type of people who are working at ARS Credit.
Should you be a person interested in joining ARS Credit, shows that treatment you'll getting.
They never respond, they never take people seriously, they're never available !!!
