Stranded and have nowhere to go ,not getting back our money.
Hi ,My friend and I were looking for a 2 bedroom to rent .We found an ad on property 24 which was advertised by Joe Leboho. We met with him,viewed the place & we liked.Got the lease form ,filled it and brought it back.Then later paid a deposit.The following week we paid the months rent. We are supposed to move in this Sunday so we asked when the tenants will be moving out.Joe then told us that they have extended their lease with one month so we can only move in on the 1st of January 2020. We have already given notice to our current landlords and there's people already moving in this coming Sunday.What must we do?We are left stranded,he says the situation is out of his control.What about our money?We've requested it because we need to pay wherever we gonna get the place but they're now taking us from pillar to post.Where are we supposed to go?Why are not getting back our money? 0832123588.

Professional service & attention to detail
When we contacted Arthur looking for an estate agent, he was at our house within an hour. The next day, he already had clients at our house & between Arthur and the other agent for the area (Bee), our house was sold within a few weeks. I can confidently recommend Arthur and Bee for the professional service they provided us. Both for selling our property, as well as their assistance with the transfer of the property.
