Hi ,My friend and I were looking for a 2 bedroom to rent .We found an ad on property 24 which was advertised by Joe Leboho. We met with him,viewed the place & we liked.Got the lease form ,filled it and brought it back.Then later paid a deposit.The following week we paid the months rent. We are supposed to move in this Sunday so we asked when the tenants will be moving out.Joe then told us that they have extended their lease with one month so we can only move in on the 1st of January 2020. We have already given notice to our current landlords and there's people already moving in this coming Sunday.What must we do?We are left stranded,he says the situation is out of his control.What about our money?We've requested it because we need to pay wherever we gonna get the place but they're now taking us from pillar to post.Where are we supposed to go?Why are not getting back our money? 0832123588.
Hi I'd like to inform you about the debit order that's gonna bounce back as I'm not going to pay tomorrow (01-08-2019)due to the ****tty service I've been received from you since the beginning of my trial up until this day. Your consultants are full of rubbish and incompetent !Namely(Sindisiwe Mngadi,Philisiwe Sibiya & Nonhle)Nonhle is now denying a live chat with me where she agreed that I'll be charged on pro rata bases.As for Philisiwe ,she says it's the first time she's speaking to me today whereas I called and requested manual settings for my wi-fi & she sent them via email.We started chatting from that day. Sindisiwe didn't get back to me and I believe she wasn't at work as she had said so. Firstly,you didn't explain anything about your product,you just deliver the sim card ,don't care whether it's working or not.You didn't care t explain how it works,I kept enquiring and was given incorrect information and now I'm liable for charges?Aninyi perhaps!! Tell your manager to call me so I can tell him/her where to get that money from cause it's certain;y not from my bank account!!
Hi I'd like to report an incident that happened earlier on today. I've been having internet connection issues the past 2 weeks. I'm aware of the data that I purchased and how it works.I I haven't changed the area (That would require me to roam)I know these bundles only works within the TELKOM coverage so if there's no coverage I normally load normal data. The problem is,I have been in the same area and all of a sudden it gives an error:Sign in to Telkom R4G & I'll get a text*Your internet has been paused because you are using out of Bundle blah blah*What has changed because I have been using these bundles for months?Suddenly I need OTA settings or a manual settings?Why? Can you please refund me with my airtime then I'll port out please.I won't forfeit these bundles as per your agent has advise niyangulela nje. APN hasn't changed so please explain to me why all of a sudden I'm receiving these errors. I'm always in Midrand or Linbro Park and it was fine the past months. As for your Consultants ,they must just seek assistance from their superiors if they don't know the solutions to queries & stop acting all smart .We all started in a call center environment and know how it works.
