I'm a senza agent and other perfume agent ... Went and have a look at authur ford, wanting to become an agent as well.. well going onto their website,... Only the agent price on perfume if you buy 6 or more... What type of business is this... They can learn a lot from other perfume companies

I ordered perfumes yesterday and put in my new adress for shipping . Upon payment I discover that the order is switched to my old adress . I’ve tried calling today and sending emails even using whatsap to log an online quiry to change the adress but no response . I made sure that my adress is correct hence I changed it and it also shows online that I changed my adress yesterday and added another . Very dissapointed . It’s evident that all my stock will be lost now cos I’m not in that province anymore

It’s been 2 months not getting any response regarding my Arthur ford loyalty reward login details. I’ve sent countless pleading emails asking for assistance since the 09th of June 2023 until today there’s no response,their customer service is very bad! Today I sent another one ,hoping hellopeter will interfere and help me with this issue because I want to redeem my loyalty points.

It’s been 2 months not getting any response regarding my Arthur ford loyalty reward login details. I’ve sent countless pleading emails asking for assistance since the 09th of June 2023 until today there’s no response,their customer service is very bad! I ordered perfumes friday last week now it’s one week pass ,I still haven’t received my order number or even courier tracking number . They say they sent me something on my emails but nothing they just ****mers . Pls if you would wish to start a business do not go there . Now they are ignoring my emails .

Hi there, I am Agnicious Thindisa and am writing this review about Arthur Ford's recent problem I had and haven't got help on. I am an agent on arthur ford and recently made an order for my customers but then in the process of my purchase only the money went through but not my orders...i didn't even receive the confirmation email or the order number of my order. They said that they use Nedbank not ABSA because the account that appears on my proof of payment says ABSA not Nedbank but my question is how come there is this option of payment on their website??? I need a refund and investigation on this matter. My customer a mad because their money is gone and orders are not received.

I would like to give a compliment to Cindy, working in Arthur Ford in Alex Mall. She is a excellent and trustworthy individual. Her service is wonderful. She found my phone in the toilet and gave it back to me. I am a happy customer and I would like to thank her for her good heart.
