They suppose to do debit order on the last day of the month and they decide to deduct a day before.after all that they will want to charge me R200 extra sies I regret having a contract with them
Am so upset with fast-ways delivery I have been waiting more than a week for my stuff,on the 11 of October their driver called asking were we are going to meet to drop of my parcel.i waited the whole day I even called him.He did not answer.poor service I must say.its not the first time they deliver the Arthur perfumes to me.so am shock that this time around they are struggling with delivery.i have customers complaining already yho
Bad service made a order on the 4 of October now it’s the 12 of October am still waiting for my order
Claimed for my lost device on the 12 of August 2025 and am still waiting nothing is happening.i have sent everything they wanted explain everything bcz they made a mistake on my previous claim.i pay them every month for two devices iPhone 13 and Hauwei y70 without a fail.i jst don’t trust them anymore there is no communication on what is wrong.if i could lose this phone am using than am outside even tho i have insurance
