Stay away from Arthur Kaplan Jewellers

My Tissot watch was given in at Arthur Kaplan Jewellers Menlyn Mall in January 2024, until to date no feedback was given. I tried to phone them all their lines are off.

I managed to get hold of them, by phoning the store’s next to them and ask them if they can go over with the phone so that I can speak to them. Twice, I managed to do so. Both times they say they will come back to me, but they was unsuccessful to do so, after telling me they can not tell me where my watch is.

It happened that I moved, and is no longer located in Pretoria and thus the reason for me to try and phone them and not go there.

Do not buy from them!!!
