Atrocious service.

During the onset of 2019 I enquired into the installation of solar energy. I came into contact with Hendrik Nagel from G.W. Trading T/A: “ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE” as a provider and installer of solar energy systems. Between family and friends we agreed with ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE to have 5 (five) systems installed. A total value of about R3,5m. The installations were done promptly and neatly and some operational by June 2019.

THAT WAS WHERE IT ENDS.

Equipment failures occurred at each and every installation. In my personal dwelling (32 Mount Adam Crescent, Retire@Midstream) a fire was caused, allegedly, through equipment failure. All other installations experienced numerous failures. At my own dwelling Midstream Electrical Supplies refuse to have the system connected to their network. Requests and threats have been made to Hendrik Nagel but no progress has been made and until now, 1 October 2020 the system is not functional.

In all of this Hendrik does not accept accountability for: - Attending to the problems in person. - The quality and integration of equipment. Blames his suppliers for substandard equipment. - Workmanship. He employs unqualified electricians to do the work. - Not fulfilling commitments. Continues to make promises without the intention to fulfil.

To future customers: - Do not be fooled by neatly polished representations. - Ask for and follow-up customer references. Good luck!!!!!
