Arum Aesthetics A few weeks ago I booked a massage appointment for myself and my partner. I went on the daddy’s deals site to see if they had any good deals on massage parlors. I came across Arum Aesthetics. I decided to message them on WhatsApp and ask how it exactly works should I book it through daddy’s deals… The lady (Tamzyn) then said that I can book straight through them. She then asked me when I would like to book… I gave the date and she said she’s booked for the dates I had given her. I was understanding and she said she has a date available for 14th September 2024. I agreed to the date and she sent their banking details and I paid in the money. Skip to the date of the appointment, we get there and her place of business was closed. I had messaged her telling her that we were waiting for her to open. Our appointment was at 11am that day. She finally messaged back saying that she had been in a car accident and asked if we could reschedule. I explained to her previously that myself and partner work weekends. I had told her that the next weekend we would be free is in October. Keep in mind, we already waited for +- 3 weeks to get the appointment. Myself and my partner had decided to go 28th September 2024 at 3:30pm. She then wanted us to come earlier (so on her terms) we unfortunately couldn’t make it earlier. Skip to the 2nd day of appointment. We went in, got ready for the massage and it was good. I had asked her to remove my necklace because I feel that it will be in the way of her massaging me. She took of my necklace and placed it somewhere in the room. After everything was done and we rushed home to watch the rugby. I noticed around 7:34 pm that I forgot to ask her for my necklace, and I immediately messaged her and told her about it. She promised me that she will keep it safe till she’s back at the clinic the Wednesday 2 October 2024. On the day of collection I messaged her to ask what time she will be available for my partner to collect and her excuse was that she was in Herm**** and YET AGAIN she asked if we can reschedule for the next day. I told her that I was on my way to the UK for a work trip and I didn’t have any people in CT that I trust with necklace as my granny gave it to me for my 21st birthday and it has a sentimental meaning to me. Anyway, I ended up postponing my trip for the next Wednesday. I sent her a message and she responded “see you next week Tuesday Lee”. It’s Tuesday 8 October 2024 and I have messaged her MULTIPLE times even tried calling and no answer. My partner went to the clinic where she does her business and she wasn’t there. The business closes at 5pm and he got there at past 4pm. I take full responsibility for, forgetting my necklace at this place but it isn’t fair that I need to keep asking for it. And the level of communication is just pathetic.
