Despicable treatment of elderly patient.

Casualty staff is completely unprofessional. The lack of empathy, compassion and patience with my elderly grandmother who just buried her husband (my grandfather) the day before. She was treated with such a low regard and disgust especially after she vomited up blood on the floor. They obviously felt inconvenienced to clean up the "mess". This is a hospital, for crying out loud! If you are in the medical profession for the paycheck and not for the passion of serving those injured or sick please leave the profession! It is shocking how people are treated. Those who know my grandmother knows how she treats everyone with love and respect. She does not deserve to be manhandled and pushed around! Don't take elderly people to this hateful, disrespectful, horrible establishment!
