Empty promises.
If only I could give the no stars. So we went to buy the beds and told the sales lady we need the bed by no later then teusday. She promised that it will be deliverd Teusday. Today the day it was to be deliverd they phoned telling me they an only deliver on thursday. So as long as they get paid they do not give a .... about the customer. Emty promises. And buy the way who wants to sleep on a lone bed. How do I know it is clean? What a joke.

Just for clarity’s sake, YOU made a purchase of a Tribunk and Mattresses on Saturday 4 June 2022 on invoice 73343. For the record, your Tribunk and Mattresses were delivered today Tuesday 7 June 2022 on time as promised. It is a pity that you jumped the gun and gave us a very one-sided, utterly negative report on Hellopeter while you actually received your items on time. The way you have written the report indicated that it is your purchase that was delayed, which is definitely not the case. Your Mother-in-Law (and not you) was actually the person that bought a Three Quarter Mattress on invoice 73342. On the invoice the delivery date is printed as delivery Tuesday (7 June) or Wednesday (8 June). It therefore contradicts your claim on your Hellopeter report that delivery was promised for Tuesday 7 June 2022. However, there was a chance that your Mother-in-Law’s (Barbara) Three Quarter Mattress could be slightly delayed due to an incorrect stocklist from the supplier. We therefore were in contact with Barbara in this regard and NOT YOU as stated in your report. We haven’t even spoken to you about this matter. We have explained the situation to Barbara, and she is willing, should there be no alternative, to accept a later delivery, latest coming Thursday 9 June before 9am. For the record, the loan mattress offered, would have been a brand new sealed in a bag model should she required a loan mattress. We do not deal in second hand mattresses!!! Due to our proud 32 years in the mattress industry, and our awesome relationship with our suppliers, we managed to secure that the mattress will be in Johannesburg tomorrow 8 June 2022 and will be still delivered the same day to Barbara. This will ensure that we have honoured our agreement to deliver the mattress within the specified timeframe as promised on the invoice. I am really disappointed that you decided to submit such a scorching report to Hellopeter and trying to take us to the cleaners, for a purchased that you did not even make.

Dont be disappointed as you are all just in it for the money. One you can not say I got my bed as you don't know where I live. So please if you cant keep to promises made shut the hell up. And just so you know the bunk bed is not all that great as it has damages to it wich I only saw once he people left. And to contact you is no help as you are only in deniel about your products and staff. It is my right to warn the public about the store and the false promises. Its not like you are willing to give the money back. So please save your you care
