If only I could give the no stars. So we went to buy the beds and told the sales lady we need the bed by no later then teusday. She promised that it will be deliverd Teusday. Today the day it was to be deliverd they phoned telling me they an only deliver on thursday. So as long as they get paid they do not give a .... about the customer. Emty promises. And buy the way who wants to sleep on a lone bed. How do I know it is clean? What a joke.
Rather then sorting the problem they remove my post. 1. I order products 2 i paid 3 i saw the adress was not correct 4 i send a mail 5 i received a mail stating it was correct 6 it was not 7 i did not recieved my products 8 a message was send stating they can't get hold of my 6 am in the morning really? 6 am i have all the sms and mails as proof so get your act together and deliver my stuff or refund me.
The Company is a total scam. I placed an order in Dec up to date I have not received my order. They send me a message saying my order is out for delivery with the incorrect address this is after I have received confirmation that my address have been updated and fixed. They send me a message again today at 6 am that they could not deliver my parcel. No one delivers a parcel 6 in the morning and no one was at my house. If this is how they deliver a parcel I paid for how sure am I that the policy will pay out when it must?
Sanlam customer service wel how can I rate something that does not exist. Leaving message sending mails but Sanlam staff just ignores it all. From normal staff to management. Its been months that I am trying to get my money out of sanlam but they refuse to assist or contact me. I have send the documents over and over again but they will never get back and say thank you we have received it or its not correct or what ever the case. And when you get hold of someone they cant assist and gives you numbers that does not work . W like Sanlam has a problem when they need to pay the customers money out.
After I spoke to them twice on Wednesday and was given a delivery date they actually tell me that i will pay a delivery fee if I miss the order . I make arrangements for someone to collect the package and then they don't show up. I phoned them to follow up just to hear that the delivery will not be on the date they give me. Costing me a lot of money for unpaid leave. Then they tell me that it is not their fault and that they are in the time limit. They refuse to deliver on the date they give me and tell me that they will only deliver on an other date and they can not help me. This gives fnb a bad name and I think they should get an other company to deliver the products. Digital Planet is giving FNB a bad name as they are costing fnb customers a lot of money and by not keeping to delivery dates and threatening customers with extra delivery fees if you are not able to sign and receive the parcel on the day they give you but can't keep to.
Ordering products from fnb is a no go. They are quick to tell you that you will be paying a delivery fee if you miss the delivery. Gives you a delivery date then they dont deliver. Costing me a day of unpaid leave waiting all day for no order and then when I phone to follow up , they basically tell me its not their problem nor fault.
Its been two months since I went into the branch to close my account. I phoned in and then I am told that I need to go into the bank and close the account. I did go in and still the account is not closed and bank charges are just adding up on the account.
<p>I bought a bed from the bed shop branch in Alberton in January, invoice number 28918.</p> <p>Now 8 months later the bed is sagging badly. I went to the shop to report the issue.</p> <p>The lady working there Shirley said she cannot assist me with the matter because The bed shop policies changed and there would be someone else phoning me to assess the situation with my bed.</p> <p>Geraldine contacted me regarding the assessment and in a very rude manner stated that if I'm not at home during the day they cannot assist. I then spoke to her manager Thys who said they cannot do the assessment at 5 o'clock any day and that the driver had a funeral the Wednesday so they couldn't assist me then either. When I asked for it to be done on Saturday 17th September he refused straight away as they have to many deliveries on Saturdays and current orders are more important than these queries.</p> <p>I started at a new company recently which makes it very difficult for me to take time off thus the request to do the assessment at 5 o'clock.</p> <p>When I bought the bed their staff were very eager to assist and now that there is a query they cannot make a 5min sacrifice.</p> <p>I managed to convince my company to take time off on the 16th September to meet with the bed shop representative at my house. A guy who’s name is unknown to me and Geraldine arrived who confirmed that the bed is sagging, but then Geraldine turned around and said there is nothing she can do and that the rep who sold the bed to me must return on another date to assess the bed because she wasn't the one who sold the bed to me in the first place (So what was the point). Not only are we now back at square one, but I need to arrange to leave early again.</p> <p>David from Dynamic Bedding came to see me on the 6th of October, he was extremely accommodating as he would have inspected the bed over a weekend if that suited me better.</p> <p>David told me he is the owner of dynamic bedding, and he had a quick look at the bed then told me my bed is definately sagging and he would replace it straight away. I told him that I'm not comfortable with the same bed and would rather upgrade, on which he replied thats not a problem I must get the names of beds that I'm interested in and he will deliver the new bed to me and pick up the old sagging one.</p> <p>I then went to your the Glen branch and got 3 names of beds that I would consider upgrading to. I sms'ed David asking for his email address and after numerous followup sms's had no response. In the second last sms I asked for a refund because I can't get hold of him and need a new bed urgently as the current one is messing up my back. He phoned me straight after to say that he will not give me his email address as he does not have time to go and look for emails, I told him with that attitude I would then rather have a refund on the bed as this is ridiculous service. He then told me that he will not give me a refund, so I requested the CEO's email address, then he told me "who do you think you are, you will not speak to the CEO as I'm the one dealing with customer queries" and then dropped the phone.</p> <p>Its now been a week later and had no response from David so decided to write this review as this is not the after sales service that I was expecting from the bed shop (Dynamic Bedding)...</p>
