Bad experience from ASI Property Management (Annandi & Natasha)

I am once again disappointed with the maintenance team (Annadi & Natasha ), ***,***

I have been complying with the Managing Agent, yet when no feedback whatsoever has been provided to me, my mould issue has not yet been resolved. This issue was logged a year ago

Annandi and Natasha are aware of this in Jackal Creek Golf Estate; anyone who knows an organization to lay a complaint so this can be escalated. Please let me know if I may make my levies on time yet we get such disappointment from an Agency you trust with your property
