Bad experience ever. Store closed 20 minutes before closing stipulated time. False charging, stole R100 from me.

I would like to express my deepest disappointment with Asmalls, in Pietermaritzburg Victoria centre. I came to do an exchange since I m travelling for the funeral. I came at exactly 1:45 pm and they refused to help me, the security was sitting inside with 2 employees who were wearing whites shirt. Those 2 employees were eating and they told me they are closed showing me trading times which according to those times the store closes at 1:15 and it was 20 minutes earlier. They refused to help and the security, a white guy just seated inside and never bothered to help. I m so disappointed, u will never find shoprite or any other trading stores putting up a certain time then close 20 minutes earlier. You guys are so unprofessional, u run a business as if you are running a space shop. Asmalls Victoria centre was my second time going there but my worst experience ever. I was there to do an exchange and to complain about an item where I was charged R199 instead of R99. You guys have shown me that u are not only unprofessional but u are overcharging your clients as well which is *****ing. I was thinking this was an honest mistake but your employees showed me that they are unprofessional and probably the overcharging was intentionally.
